The basement in Park96 is available for rent by Park96 Members. Common uses of the basement include children’s birthday parties, adult birthday parties, milestone events, adult socials, business meetings, music events or educational seminars. The basement has a capacity of 90 people . Rentals are restricted to non-commercial events only.
Please fill out the rental request form that is sent to the Park Office to determine availability. An agreement must be signed and payment received by the Park Office to confirm bookings. Rental period must include set-up for the event and take-down and clean-up following the event. We ask that you leave the basement clean. No overnight use of the Park 96 building and/or basement is permitted. Events must adhere to the Rules contained in the rental agreement.
Day Rate – During Park Hours is $35.00 per hour (plus GST).
After Park Hours Rate – $65 per hour (plus GST).
A $300.00 security damage deposit is required for all rentals.
