ICE UPDATE JANUARY 12, 2026: Leisure rink is soft but skateable. Hockey Rink is very choppy and it is too warm to maintain at the moment.  

The Parkland residents voted 82% in favour to increase the Annual Fee to $252.50 ($240.48 + $12.02 GST) for 2026.  Moving forward in January 2027 the fees will be tied to the index to inflation posted by the City of Calgary.

 

  1. The year runs January 1 – December 31.
  2. The annual fee invoice is emailed to residents by January 15 each year.
  3. If you don’t have access to email, we mailout the invoices at the same time.
  4. The Fees are due by April 15 of each year. Interest starts on April 16th.

PAYMENT METHODS:

E-Transfers

  1. Park96 is now able to accept e-Transfers for all payments.
  2. Go to your online banking app and add Park96 as a recipient.
  3. The notification method is email – admin@park96.com *NOTE – the Park’s email changed to admin@park96.com so you will have to update the Park’s banking contact information. 
  4. It is a direct auto deposit so PASSWORDS CAN NOT BE ACCEPTED.
  5. Please include PROPERTY ADDRESS in the message portion of the e-Transfer to ensure your address is credited with your payment.

 

Credit Cards

  1. Can be paid in person during office hours.  Office hours are posted at the top right hand side of the website.  Don’t hesitate to email us at admin@park96.com to arrange an appointment outside of office hours.  We are in the office more than the posted times, we promise to have a person in the office during the posted times.  There are occasionally times the office will be closed due to illness or having to run Park errands.
  2. Park96 can take credit card payments over the phone.  You will have to provide the card number, expiry date and the CVC number on the back of the card.

 

Debit

  1. We can only accept debit in person in the office.  Office hours are posted at the top right hand side of the website.

 

Cheques

  1. Cheques can be mailed or dropped off at the Park mailbox just left of the main gate.
  2. Make the cheque out to Parkland Community Centre.
  3. If your property address is not all ready included on your cheque, please write it on the memo line.

 

COMMON QUESTIONS

I am unable to pay my fees at this time.  Are there options? YES.  Park96 is able to provide a payment plan for the annual fees.  The resident and office will agree on an amount per month and then provide post dated cheques.

I don’t use the Park. Can I stop paying the annual fees? The Parkland Community Centre annual fees are on title for every property in Parkland including the condos and villas.  All properties are required to pay the annual fees and will be sent to collections for nonpayment.
