Dear New Homeowner,
Welcome to Parkland, possibly the coolest community in Calgary. With your new home, you are an automatic member of the Parkland Community Centre or Park96 as we are affectionally known. Park96 is a private park for the residents of Parkland and has been in existence since 1974.
Parkland is lucky to have the HALL and Park96. Park96 is the gated Park, owned by the residents and has an mandatory fee on title of your property of $200 including GST per year. The invoice is issued on January 1 and emailed out mid-January. The Hall is located across the street from us and is owned by the City and has a voluntary fee for anyone who uses the facility and their services.
HOW DO I GET INTO THE PARK?
Park96 has a gate Fob System that allows residents to come and go as they please during Park hours which are 9am-9pm in the summer and winter and 9am-7pm during the shoulder seasons.
To get your Fob, fill out the included form and contact the Park96 office. The first Fob is complimentary with your property and any additional or replacement Fobs are $25 including GST.
